Geoscientific Data

All minerals data in the custody of the Mineral Resources Authority (MRA) is in the Geological Database System, managed by the Geological Survey Division. Much of the points data captured from the achieved exploration reports are managed by the Explorer 3, a custom made database systems. To date, there are over 900,000 point data in the Explorer 3, and the work of extracting these point data and digitizing the reports is ongoing in the MRA. There are also remote sensing data, however these are scattered in patches over the country.
