Porgera Mine Project Development Forum

As per Section 3 of Mining Act 1992, a Mining Minister is required to call a Development Forum for a Special Mining Lease (SMU. Development Forums trigger benefits negotiations processes leading to Memorandum Of Agreements (MoAs).

As such, Hon Sir Ano Pala as the current Mining Minister, has called for the Development Forum for the Porgera Project as follows:
