Safety Alert – Haul Truck Accident
INCIDENT:
A loaded Terex haul truck was travelling downhill along an access road when the drive lost control of the truck whilst under descent and came into contact with the safety berm before capsizing.
Initial investigation revealed no injuries were sustained. Driver alcohol and drug testing returned negative readings.
